i know the 1995 version runs about 2 and a bit times as long as the 2005 adaptation and there are so many levels on which the two are different and therefore hard to compare, but i just need to know which version of Jane’s Pride and Prejudice you prefer: the BBC adaptation starring Colin Firth & Jennifer Ehle or Joe Wright’s adaptation with Keira Knightley & Matthew Macfadyen?

just a quick message to let you all know that I’ve not been posting many thatwetshirt .gifs recently and this is most likely to be the case for the foreseeable future. I’m learning to prioritise study over tumblr (I KNOW. I HATE ME TOO) and that’s why I’m semi-hiatussing. just in case you all thought I’d carked it and left my queue to do the work.

ps. though i have decided i’m going to start watching Game of Thrones ;)
I want to watch ‘The Tree of Life’ but dad insists on watching the Olympic coverage, what am I meant to do now?
